Meet Our Team

Dr. Ann (Sackenheim) Everett is an Oxford native.  She graduated from Talawanda High School as valedictorian in 1999.  She was active in National Honor Society, FFA and was a member of the Ross Rocking “R” 4-H club.  She grew up with a variety of animal including horses, dogs, cats, sheep, goats, and rabbits and knew from an early age that she wanted to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.  Ann attended The Ohio State University and graduated summa cum laude from the College of Agriculture, then went on to complete her education at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine before moving back to her hometown to begin working at Agri-Pet in 2006.  She purchased the practice from Dr. Kraushar in 2019 and is excited to continue our longstanding tradition of quality patient care. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband Marcus, their two young boys and her dog and horses.

Dear Agri-Pet clients, After practicing veterinary medicine for 33 years I have decided to fully
retire from veterinary practice. I would like to thank all of the clients of Agri-Pet for
giving me the opportunity to provide veterinary care to your wonderful animal
companions both large and small. Your loyalty and faith in my abilities as a
veterinarian are very much appreciated. My career in the veterinary profession
has been very rewarding both personally and professionally, and I have you to
thank for that. I will miss interacting with you and your animal companions on a
daily basis, but I am looking forward to the next chapter in life. I am confident
that you will continue to receive excellent veterinary care from the great staff a
Agri-Pet for years to come.

       Dr. Dave Kraushar

Dr. Jana Teets spent her childhood in rural Indiana.  Most of the time, she could be found in the woods behind her house or on the basketball court.   She attended Bowling Green State University for undergraduate study.   She majored in Biology and Chemistry.   Following this, she completed her doctorate in veterinary medicine at The Ohio State University.  The majority of her career has been spent at Agri-Pet.  The practice is located in an environment that is similar to the area in which she grew up.  Her emphasis is primarily on small animal medicine and surgery.  When not in the exam or surgery room she is involved with her home and family.  She especially enjoys any time spent outdoors working or playing.

Dr. Hannah (Vollmer) Mabis is from Oxford. She grew up with horses, cats, and dogs and knew from a young age she wanted to be a veterinarian. She graduated from Talawanda High School, then went to Miami University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in biology. Hannah completed her education at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband Troy, their daughter, and pets (a dog, cat, and horse).
